Chef Efrain started as a dishwasher in 1996 at a restaurant and then started experimenting in the kitchen and fell in love with the art of cooking. Chef Efrain has worked in many kitchens, for example, Marmalade in Chicago, and later, he decided to open his own restaurant, Café Gastronomo.
